On November 14th, Chairman Chen attended the National Cultural and Tourism Project Construction and Investment and Financing Conference held in Shanghai. The conference, organized by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism and co-hosted by the Shanghai Municipal Administration of Culture and Tourism and the People's Government of Pudong New Area, was graced by the presence of Du Jiang, Vice Minister and a member of the CPC Leading Group of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, and Zhao Jiaming, a member of the CPC Shanghai Municipal Standing Committee and chief of the CPC Municipal Publicity Department. The conference underscored the cultural and tourism sectors' commitment to implementing the decisions and plans of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council.
