Chen Yin, Chairman of CTG, and Wang Haimin, General Manager of CTG, met with the Vice Mayor of Shanghai, Li Zheng, and his delegation in Shenzhen in the morning of February 28, and exchanged views on business cooperation.
Chen Yin extended his welcome to the visit of Li Zheng and his delegation, and briefly introduced the history and business layout of CTG. He noted that the Municipal Government of Shanghai, the birth place of the predecessor of China Tourism Group 100 year ago, has provided support to the development of CTG over a long time. CTG will leverage its advantages in the tourism industry chain to participate in the tourism development of Shanghai, and seek cooperation opportunities to achieve win-win results.
Li Zheng gave an introduction to the economic and social development of Shanghai. He stated his hope to join efforts with CTG, as a century-old central state-owned tourism enterprise with rich experience in tourism investment and operation, to facilitate the high-quality development of the tourism industry in Shanghai.
Li Gang, Wu Qiang, Vice General Managers of CTG, the relevant managers of CTG Investment, Zhuang Mudi, Vice Secretary General of Shanghai, and the relevant leaders of Shanghai Municipal Commission of Economy and Informatization, the Municipal State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission and the Representative Office in Guangzhou of the Municipal People’s Government attended the meeting.
